Ensure smooth operation of BPO facilities by handling day-to-day tasks efficiently. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the office premises. Provide exceptional customer service to internal customers (employees) through effective communication. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in administration or related field. Strong knowledge of admin activities, BPO operations, canteen/cafeteria management, housekeeping practices, and stationery procedures. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
