Admin & Sales Support Specialist (Remote)

Industry Clouds. We are seeking experienced Technology Sales Leads (TSLs) to join our US
Go-To-Market (GTM) team in our mission to grow our client partnerships in the US market,
with a focus on market development and sales execution to grow revenue.

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Sales Support Specialist to provide
administrative and operational support to our sales and account management teams. This
individual will help streamline day-to-day sales processes, ensure accurate record keeping,
support client communication, and facilitate a seamless workflow between departments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
Help to prepare sales documentation such as quotes, contracts, proposals, and
presentations.
Assist in compiling sales reports and performance dashboards.
Schedule client meetings, demos, and internal sales briefings.
Coordinate post-sales activities including order processing, invoicing, and customer
onboarding.
Administrative Support
Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for sales leadership.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Maintain and update internal records, databases, and filing systems.
Support procurement and vendor management processes as needed.
Assist with event planning and logistics for client meetings, trade shows, and team off-
sites.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Liaise with Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure sales alignment and
accurate documentation.
Track customer lifecycle and alert relevant teams about key milestones and follow-ups.
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in administrative or sales support roles.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (e.g.,
Salesforce, HubSpot).
High proficiency required with MS Powerpoint – some work samples would be preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills
Experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.
Familiarity with contract management, procurement and US HR
Basic understanding of sales KPIs and pipeline metrics.
