Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative operations & office coordination
  • Maintain HR documentation, attendance, onboarding & employee records
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling & follow-ups
  • Support in basic marketing activities social media coordination, enquiries, posting support
  • Vendor follow-ups, documentation & office communication handling
  • Reporting, workflow monitoring & follow-up management
  • Must handle multitasking across 

    Admin + HR + Basic Marketing

Skills Required

  • Good communication & documentation handling ability
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Mail)
  • Basic HR knowledge preferred
  • Social media coordination exposure is an advantage
  • Responsible, organized, proactive & deadline-oriented
