Salary : 4Lacs – 7Lacs per annum based on experience, skills, knowledge and attitude.

D A R Jewellery Private Limited had launched the Click and collect store for the ease of customer convivence in the Prime location of west Tamil Nadu ( Mettupalayam, Sathyamanagalam and Peelamedu coimbatore). Our Click and Collect Store is a unique Virtual Experience Centre designed to bring you the best of both online convenience and in-store service. It allows customer to browse and order customer’s favourite gold jewellery online and collect it at your nearest C&C Store, all while enjoying the lowest Value Addition (VA) cost in India

D A R jewellery has a huge space showroom in the Townhall (25,000 sq ft), which has two way entrance to showcase products in an appealing environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administration & Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations for stores and corporate office.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of reception, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
  • Manage AMC renewals, utility payments, vendor coordination, and administrative purchases.
  • Ensure store ambience, hygiene standards, and infrastructure are maintained at all times.

2. Inventory & Asset Management

  • Maintain accurate records for all company assets (IT, furniture, fixtures, gold equipment, machines).
  • Coordinate with stores for physical verification of assets and handle asset tagging.
  • Maintain AMC/Service logs for all machinery including CCTV, UPS, AC, jewellery machines etc.

3. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all statutory licenses and certificates are updated (Shops & Establishment, Fire License, Pollution Board, etc.).
  • Maintain documentation such as agreements, contracts, insurance renewals, and audit requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain SOPs for administrative processes and ensure implementation.

4. Store Support & Operations

  • Provide administrative support required for store openings, renovations, and relocations.
  • Coordinate with IT, HR, and Operations teams for seamless store functioning.
  • Ensure timely supply of stationery, packaging materials, housekeeping items and other consumables.

5. Vendor & Cost Management

  • Identify and negotiate with vendors for admin-related purchases and services.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and maintain contracts/SLAs.
  • Monitor admin budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.

6. Team Management

  • Supervise admin executives, housekeeping staff, drivers, and support teams.
  • Train and develop admin personnel to maintain high efficiency and discipline.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and performance assessments.

7. Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare and present monthly admin MIS reports to management.
  • Track expenses, approvals, compliance deadlines, asset movements, and purchase logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in Administration, preferably in Retail / Jewellery / Multi-Store environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of vendor management, facility management, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, documentation, and process-oriented working.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multi-task effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
