Job Description

Company Overview:

We are a reputed and growing organization seeking a competent and experienced Admin Executive / Floor Manager to manage administrative operations, oversee team performance, maintain internal systems and records, and handle tender documentation. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and capable of leading day-to-day operations with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities: Administrative Operations & Systems Management

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems, records, and documentation
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies and asset management
  • Ensure timely internal communication and coordination across departments

Team Supervision & Floor Management

  • Supervise and coordinate tasks among office and support staff
  • Monitor attendance, discipline, and staff performance
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and reporting
  • Act as a communication bridge between employees and management

Bookkeeping & Coordination with Accounts

  • Maintain day-to-day financial records including petty cash and expense reports
  • Assist in invoice tracking, vendor payments, and financial documentation
  • Coordinate with the internal accounts team or CA for reporting and compliance
  • Ensure proper documentation for audits and monthly closings

Tender Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and organize documents required for government and private tenders
  • Understand RFP requirements and ensure timely submission
  • Liaise with internal teams and vendors for relevant approvals and inputs
  • Maintain a tracker for active tenders, deadlines, and compliance documents

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping practices and records management
  • Working knowledge of tender documentation and submission processes
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in administration and operations
  • Prior experience in team handling and tender-related work is essential

Working Hours:

[Working Days & Timings – Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM]

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
