We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily accounting tasks, supporting senior accountants, and ensuring the company's financial operations are accurate and up to date. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process Process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and ledgers Support month-end and year-end closing processes Assist with audits and tax filings Maintain and organize financial records and documentation Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations Support other accounting projects as needed Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy) Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Preferred Qualifications: Internship or training experience in an accounting role Working knowledge of tax laws and statutory compliance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
