Job Title: AVP – Finance Location: Noida Sector 142 Team Size: 5-6 members Industry: Co-working Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented AVP – Finance to lead daily financial operations and reporting for our growing co-working business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 5-6 finance professionals, overseeing accounting, financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, cash flow, and process improvements. This role will work closely with the CFO to ensure financial accuracy and strategic alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting & Reporting Supervise daily accounting operations including AP/AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting. Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards . Implement internal controls and process enhancements to ensure data integrity. Team Management Lead and mentor a finance team of 5-6 members.
