Civil Engineer

You will be working as a Civil Engineer for a fast-growing company specializing in co-working and commercial office spaces in Noida Sector 85. The company focuses on creating modern, functional, and sustainable environments to support thriving businesses. Your role will involve designing, planning, and managing the construction of commercial buildings and co-working spaces. It will be essential to ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Collaboration with architects, contractors, and MEP engineers will be necessary for integrated project delivery. You will conduct site investigations, provide feasibility analysis, review structural calculations, and assist in budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. Coordinating with local authorities for permits and inspections and implementing sustainability practices are also part of the job responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred) and be a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction or real estate development is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software is essential, along with a strong knowledge of structural systems, foundations, grading, and drainage. Excellent project management and communication skills are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience in interior fit-outs or flexible office environments, LEED or other green building certifications, and familiarity with co-working or shared office concepts.
