Job Title: Admin Executive

Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad
Experience: 1–3 years
Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office operations, inventory, and vendor coordination, while supporting internal teams with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Oversee facility maintenance and housekeeping
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Assist with travel bookings and meeting setups
  • Maintain records and documentation
  • Ensure smooth internal office operations

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of admin/operations experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,070.64 - ₹20,000.00 per month
