Hiring for Admin Executive (Male)
Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹300000/CTC
Role Summary:
The Admin Executive will support the daily operational and administrative tasks within the transportation department. This role ensures smooth coordination between the transport team, drivers, vendors, and office support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office administration – documentation, correspondence, supplies, and logistics
Coordinate transport-related schedules, vehicle requisitions, and driver records
Assist HR, with onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee documentation
Liaise with vendors and maintain basic procurement records
Ensure file management and support compliance for audits and inspections
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / BBA / BA or equivalent)
1–2 years of experience in administration or operations (logistics or transport preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel – data entry, formulas, pivot tables
Key Skills:
Proficiency in Excel (must-have)
Organizational and multitasking ability
Communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and follow-up discipline
Ability to manage logistics and vendor interactions effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
