Admin Cum MIS Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Admin Cum MIS Executive (Female) who can efficiently handle both administrative functions and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a professional manner.This role requires someone who can ensure smooth office operations, maintain accurate data and reports, and provide valuable support to the management for decision-making.

Key Roles & Responsibilities (KRA)

• Oversee and manage the overall office administration and day-to-day operations.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports to support business decisions.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record management.
• Manage official correspondence, emails, notices, and communication.
• Coordinate effectively with different departments for smooth workflow.
• Handle vendor management, purchase coordination, and office supplies monitoring.
• Assist senior management with data analysis, presentations, and reports.
• Support in recruitment coordination, onboarding formalities, and HR documentation.
• Maintain discipline, housekeeping standards, and compliance in the workplace.
• Handle confidential information with complete integrity and professionalism.

Candidate Requirements

• Gender: Female (Applications from female candidates only will be considered).
• Experience: Minimum 4 years to 8 years in Administration & MIS.
• Profile Restriction: Only candidates with Admin background should apply.
• Location Preference: Candidates must be from Kanpur Nagar or Kanpur Dehat.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
