Shift Supervisor (Fabrication & Production)

Job Description

Job Role: We are looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our Production Team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in fabrication , daily production operations , and manpower & shift handling . Key Responsibilities: Supervision of day-to-day activities on the shop floor. Handling of fabrication-related operations and processes. Managing a team of operators and workers across shifts. Ensure smooth production flow and timely achievement of targets. Monitoring quality, output, and discipline during the shift. Coordination with the Maintenance and Quality department for any technical or quality-related issues. Maintaining daily production reports and shift handover notes. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in fabrication/production supervision. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and safety protocols. Ability to manage manpower effectively and resolve on-ground issues. Flexible to work in rotational shifts . Good communication and leadership skills.
