Reporting to : - Area Head

Qualification:

Essential- Candidate should have RegularDegree / diploma in Metallurgy/ Mechanical /Electrical Engineering from reputedinstitute.

Desirable - Degree/PG Diploma inOperation/Production Management.

Experience:

Essential - 2-4 years in Production Planningand control at any manufacturing company.

Desirable -Experience in Plant Operation/Maintenance function preferably in the metal Industry in one lac capacity.

Job Profile:

Responsible for creating rolling & dailyproduction plans for plant based on inputs such as customer orders withpriority, available inventory, machine lead time, manpower deployment, breakdowns, planned preventive maintenance and guidance from Lead, PPC

Update the finalized production plan (batchoffers), material plan, dispatch plan & maintenance plan on the system

Cascade the daily production plan to sectionwise & shift wise plans with defined timeframes and milestones, Supportproduction team in creation of machine loading plans

Escalate any issues to Lead Plant PPIC in atimely manner

Execute the material requirement planning (MRP)process as per defined SOPs to determine material requirement (RM/PM)

Responsible for modifications in the productionplan, based on available stock of RM/ PM or breakdown or customer orderpriority in discussion with key stakeholders

Update status of inventory availability, in-process material, production outputs, finished goods available, currentproduction, previous day's dispatch on a continuous basis.
