JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To ensure the area condition of clean rooms as per predefined standards all the times in coordination with maintenance department.

2. To ensure the preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment/Instruments are followed as per schedule.

3. Certification for particle free equipment (Reactor, Filtration set-ups, dryer, sifter etc.) Cleaning which are used for processing and isolation of dispatchable products.

4. To ensure the dispatches are done within timeline as per committed schedule.

5. Planning of cleanrooms activities in line with production plan & packing activity.

6. Ensure that all standard operating procedures are implemented in shop floor and training for the same shall be initiated to shop floor frequently.

7. Accountable for good housekeeping and cleanroom practices as per predefined standards all the times.

8. Accountable for critical process parameters with support of subordinates.

9. Responsible to implement the safety practices in the clean room of all blocks.

10. Accountable for submission of executed BMRS to QA within 24 hrs.

11. Responsible for investigation for deviations or non-compliances if any.

12. Co-ordination with all other departments i.e., Quality Control, Maintenance, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, R&D, HR and Administration, SCM, EHS and other units.

13. Responsible for new product process validations and cleaning validations.

14. Ensure that personnel discipline is maintained within department.

15. Ensure that all shop floor personnel motivated with positive approach by initiating the training.

16. To meet the production targets in given time lines.

17. Responsible for quality, quantity deviations and noncompliance if any. Ensure that increasing the productivity by utilizing the all equipment

18. responsible for operation in clean rooms.
