Key Responsibilities Efficient Production Planning & Schedules to ensure a smooth manufacturing process & meeting customer committed date and OTIF. Applying Lean Inventory Management & Forecast the inventory for key project based on the historical data & future assumption. Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality controls principles. Scheduling production batches based on raw material level in the inventory and production time. Monitoring and coordination with supply chain team based on storage space at warehouse and day to day changes in production plan. Optimum resource utilization in an environment of multi plant / multi location and multi facets of varied equipment set up. Continual improvement in equipment utilization of equipment with aim of No Overuse or Underuse. Experience/Qualification: M.Tech/MBA/M.Sc/B.Tech with 8-13 years of relevant industry experience. Key Competencies (Technical, Functional & Behavioral): Excellent work knowledge in Microsoft Excel is must with all functionalities. MIS Report Daily/Weekly/Monthly as per need. Database Management for PPIC function.
