Admin Executives are entrusted with a variety of tasks that support daily operations and contribute to organizational efficiency: Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient working environment. Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel plans for executives. Communication Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Record Keeping: Maintain and update records, files, and databases, ensuring data accuracy and easy retrieval. Supply & Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies, order new materials, and maintain inventory levels. Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive impression of the organization. Event Coordination: Plan and execute office events, training sessions, and conferences, handling admin arrangements. Administrative Support: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents; perform general office duties such as greeting visitors and answering phone calls. Assisting Human Resource in all admin activities [MIS, Audit preparation].
