We are looking for a dedicated Admin Executive to join our team and support the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain store operations, including inventory tracking and stock management.
Handle emails, communication, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Perform daily tasks in Microsoft Excel including data entry, reporting, and basic analysis.
Support general administrative activities, documentation, filing, and office management tasks.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Assist in procurement, vendor management, and follow-ups.
Maintain records, logs, and office supplies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic computer applications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
