· Manage day-to-day office administration, facilities, and vendor coordination.
· Handle office inventory, supplies, bills, and ensure smooth workplace operations.
· Support recruitment activities including sourcing, scheduling, and onboarding.
· Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
· Assist in payroll preparation and compliance-related documentation.
· Organize travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff when required.
· Act as a point of contact between employees, management, and vendors.
