Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office coordination, communication with clients and vendors, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and preparing job descriptions.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave requests, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Provide support to senior management on various projects related to HR activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or human resources role within a small business environment (SME).
  • B.Com degree from any specialization; graduation is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) with knowledge of ERP systems preferred.
