Job Description

Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence. Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars. Maintain and organize physical and digital files and records. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Support HR with onboarding, attendance records, and leave tracking. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required. Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
