Job Description

Objective: To design and manage paid advertising campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, leads, or brand awareness in alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Strategy & Planning Understand client or internal marketing goals and target audience. Create ad strategies for various platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). Allocate budget across campaigns and channels effectively. 2. Campaign Setup & Execution Build campaigns using ad managers (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). Define audience targeting (demographics, interests, behavior, lookalike, custom audiences). Set up campaign structures: ad groups, keywords, creatives, copy, A/B variants. 3. Creative Coordination Collaborate with content and design teams for ad creatives (banners, video, text ads). Write compelling ad copies and headlines aligned with brand messaging. 4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization Track KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions, and CPA. Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or Looker Studio. Optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, targeting, creatives, and landing pages. 5. Reporting & Insights Create weekly/monthly reports summarizing performance metrics and ROI. Provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns. 6. A/B Testing & Experimentation Run experiments on ad copy, creative formats, placements, or audience segments. Identify what’s working best and apply learnings to ongoing campaigns. 7. Budget Management Monitor ad spend and ensure it's within the approved limits. Reallocate budget to top-performing campaigns or pause under-performers. 8. Platform & Trend Awareness Stay updated on ad platform algorithm changes, new features, and ad policy changes. Suggest and test new formats (e.g., Reels Ads, Performance Max campaigns, etc.). Skills & Tools: Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc. Analytics: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, UTM tracking. Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs (for keywords), Canva, Figma, Looker Studio, Excel. Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, creativity, attention to detail, time management. Relevant Experience: 3 to 4 years. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Morning shift Work Location: In person
