We're looking for an ads specialist with 2+ years of experience with social media and search engine ads. In this role, you will be required to set up and manage paid marketing and online advertising for a wide array of customers. You will also work with our marketing team to create campaigns that maximize online presence and conversions. Responsibilities Implementing and monitoring social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.) and search engine (Google, YouTube, Quora etc.) ads Allocation of ads budgets based on the goals and objectives of the customer Coordinating with creative professionals to develop visuals for advertisements Developing and implementing Email campaigns Day-to-Day coordination with the customer and their marketing teams Assessing the performance of campaigns and making real-time optimizations throughout the campaign duration Analyzing the analytics from ads campaigns to make detailed customer reports and presentations Educating clients on the best advertising practices for each platform Qualifications 2+ years of experience in creating and managing social media ads Prior experience in implementing and analysing Google Search, Display, Video ads and other pay-per-click (PPC) ads Ads certification from Google will be preferred Skills In depth knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics Good analytical and critical thinking skills Competency in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce reports and presentations
