Microsoft 365 Support (L2)

  • Provide Level 2 support for Microsoft 365 apps: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.
  • Help users with login issues, MFA configuration, and license-related concerns
  • Troubleshoot problems with email delivery, calendar sync, Teams connectivity
  • Escalate unresolved issues to L3 support teams
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Exchange Online


Active Directory Support


  • Manage user account creation, password resets, and group membership modifications
  • Assist with computer account joins and GPO troubleshooting
  • Monitor Active Directory replication and address login issues
  • Proficient in Active Directory Users and Computers
  • Maintain documentation related to AD changes

🛠️ General IT Support

  • Log and track incidents using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
  • Sound knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
  • Provide remote support via Microsoft Teams and similar tools
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation paths
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities


Mandatory Skills

✔ 3–6 years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365 and AD support

✔ Hands-on with troubleshooting MS365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)

✔ Experience in Active Directory operations and issue resolution

✔ Working knowledge of Windows OS and ITSM tools

✔ Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., MS Teams)

✔ Excellent communication and user-handling skills
