Active Directory Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the

  technical authority

  for all matters related to

  Active Directory (AD)

  within the Access Management organization.
• Lead

  access control strategy

  , including

  role-based access control (RBAC)

  ,

  group policy management

  , and

  privileged access

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure

  compliance

  ,

  audit readiness

  , and

  security best practices

  .
• Drive automation and optimization of AD operations using

  PowerShell

  and other scripting tools.
• Conduct

  technical assessments

  ,

  root cause analysis

  , and

  performance tuning

  of AD infrastructure.
• Assume lead responsibility for ensuring smooth operations of the track and activities around hygiene of the domain
• Mentor junior team members and provide

  technical guidance

  on AD-related projects and incidents.
• Support integration of AD with

  IAM platforms

  (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk).
• Maintain detailed documentation of AD configurations, policies, and procedures.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in identity and access management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Information Security, or related field.
• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in

  Active Directory administration and architecture

  .
• Strong scripting skills in

  PowerShell

  for automation and reporting.
• Experience with

  hybrid identity environments

  (on-prem AD + Azure AD).
• Deep understanding of

  IAM principles

  security frameworks

• Familiarity with

  (e.g., SOX).
