Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the smooth operation of Directory Services (Active Directory, Entra ID, ADFS, PKI) and other IAM components. - Troubleshoot issues, manage configurations, and maintain optimal service performance. - Assist in the development, deployment, and maintenance of new Directory Services and IAM features. - Provide ongoing support for development activities, ensuring alignment with operational goals and objectives. - Handle service requests and incidents related to Directory Services, ensuring timely resolution and efficient communication. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues promptly. - Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency, functionality, and security of Directory Services. - Implement changes and enhancements to optimize IAM processes and services. - Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to enhance IAM integration and development efforts. - Maintain and enforce IAM policies to meet security and regulatory standards. - Contribute to security assessments, security score evaluations, and vulnerability management. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services, Microsoft Entra ID, PKI, DNS, and Federation Services. - Deep understanding of cloud and on-premises resource interaction within hybrid environments. - Proven ability to address and resolve authentication or directory services issues, providing updates and performing root cause analysis independently. - Extensive experience integrating applications with modern authentication protocols, including Azure AD App proxy, MFA, conditional access policies, and other IAM capabilities. - Knowledge in fields such as Entra ID connect, PAM/PIM, scripting, and third-party IAM solutions. - Understanding of LDAP(S), Kerberos, and authentication methods/protocols like SSO, OIDC, SAML. - Eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies in the identity and access management space. *Note: The job description did not include any additional details about the company.,
