Managing central AV servers Taking precautionary actions in terms of definition file updates and interim solutions released during the high alert situations Troubleshooting virus related incidents Necessary support for restoration or drill Preparation of MIR for Major Incidents Reinstallations raise due to incidents Incident / Request fulfilment / Change management Regular monitoring of update of antivirus signatures on all in scope devices.
