In the realm of ServiceNow consulting at PwC, you will gain extensive experience in ServiceNow applications and assist clients in optimizing their operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support tailored to ServiceNow software. Your role will involve building meaningful client relationships, learning to manage and inspire others, and navigating complex situations to deepen your technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, deliver quality work, and embrace ambiguity by asking questions and using uncertainties as opportunities for growth. To excel in this role, you should possess a range of skills, knowledge, and experiences, such as responding effectively to diverse perspectives, using various tools to generate ideas, applying critical thinking to solve complex problems, understanding project objectives in the broader context, developing self-awareness through reflection, interpreting data for insights, and upholding professional and technical standards. As a member of the GRC Enablement team at PwC, your responsibilities will include assisting territory engagement teams with the implementation and customization of ServiceNow applications. You will need advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations, understanding of technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow, ability to create and manage scripts and workflow, familiarity with relational databases like MySQL and Oracle, knowledge of scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system, technical components such as LDAPs, VPN, SSL, and a fundamental understanding of GRC. Hands-on experience with JavaScript and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders will be crucial aspects of this role. In addition to the above, you will be expected to perform work and deliverables in alignment with the IAC User Guide and engage in ongoing training, coaching, and developmental opportunities. A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience with ServiceNow is required for this role, and certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer are preferred. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Applications and demonstrate a deep understanding of ServiceNow implementations, technical design requirements, scripting, relational databases, and client engagement practices.,
