Active Directory Specialist

As a Service Desk Lead Management Trainee in the Infrastructure Applications department, you will be focusing on Active Directory, SCCM/Intune, Identity Access Management (IAM), and Privileged Identity Management (PIM). Your role will involve supporting day-to-day operations in these areas under supervision and assisting in various tasks related to IT infrastructure and security operations. Your responsibilities will include understanding Active Directory operations, managing SCCM & Intune tools, supporting Level 1 IAM operations such as user provisioning and de-provisioning, access control management, authentication troubleshooting, and supporting audit and compliance activities. You will also provide Level 1 support for Privileged Identity & Access Management, ensure compliance with security standards, assist in issue resolution and escalation, and contribute to system upgrades and technology implementations in alignment with regulatory and internal compliance requirements. To excel in this role, you should possess a basic understanding of AD, SCCM, Intune, IAM, and PIM concepts, along with strong communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, eagerness to learn and develop within the IT infrastructure domain, and the capability to document processes for audit readiness are essential for success in this position.,
