Active Directory Specialist

You are the Service Desk Lead in the Infrastructure Applications department, responsible for Active Directory, SCCM/Intune, IAM, and PIM. As a Management Trainee, you will support day-to-day operations, user provisioning, access control, and compliance activities. Your role involves understanding and implementing AD, SCCM, Intune, IAM, and PIM concepts while coordinating with different teams for issue resolution and compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support day-to-day Active Directory operations with a basic understanding of its role in enterprise IT environments. - Monitor compliance reports for SCCM & Intune, sharing findings with relevant stakeholders. - Assist in Level 1 IAM operations including user provisioning, access control management, troubleshooting, and policy implementation. - Provide Level 1 support for Privileged Identity & Access Management, managing user access and permissions in compliance with security standards. **Required Skills & Competencies:** - Basic knowledge of AD, SCCM, Intune, IAM, and PIM concepts. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. - Eagerness to learn and grow within the IT infrastructure domain. - Ability to document processes and support audit readiness.
