● Administer and maintain Active Directory infrastructure.
● Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
● Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
● Implement security policies and procedures for AD.
● Provide technical support and guidance to users and IT staff.
● Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environments.
● Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
● Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP,
and File Services.
● experience with PowerShell scripting and Windows Server infrastructure.
● Handle Active Directory replication, Sites & Services configuration, and FSMO role
management.
● Monitor and maintain backup solutions including Veritas, and Windows Backup.
● Diagnose and resolve authentication issues related to LDAP, Kerberos, and NTLM.
● Knowledge of Linux servers would be an added advantage.
