✔ Solid knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira

✔ Experience with Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc

✔ Familiarity with L2/L3 support

Microsoft 365 Support

• Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
• Assist users with login issues, MFA setup, and license-related queries
• Troubleshoot email delivery, calendar sync, and Teams connectivity issues
• Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 admin center and Exchange Online

Active Directory Support

• Handle user account creation, password resets, and group membership changes
• Assist with computer account joins and basic GPO troubleshooting
• Monitor AD replication and login issues
• Familiarity with Active Directory Users and Computers
• Maintain accurate documentation of AD changes

General IT Support

• Log and track incidents via ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
• Knowledge of Windows OS and Office applications
• Provide remote support using tools like MS Teams
• Follow standard operating procedures and escalation paths,
• Strong communication and customer service skills
