Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Acquisition Associate to join our Kochi office.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring suitable residential properties for our international portfolio. The position involves daily interaction with landlords, property agents, and partner agencies across Canada, the UK, Ireland, and Germany.

This is a dynamic role that requires working in international time zones (Canada / UK / Ireland / Germany) and coordinating with global stakeholders.

High performers in this role will have the opportunity for international onsite placement within our teams in Canada, the UK, Ireland, or Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and acquire student-friendly properties across our operating countries.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, agents, and property partners.

• Conduct due diligence on potential properties, including legal, technical, and financial reviews.

• Perform financial and market analysis to evaluate feasibility and profitability.

• Coordinate negotiations and ensure smooth documentation and deal execution.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Manage acquisition documents, records, and reports with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of property acquisition, due diligence, and real estate fundamentals.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in analytical thinking, financial evaluation, and market assessment.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

• Prior experience in real estate, acquisitions, or property management is an added advantage.

• Ability to work in Canada/UK/Ireland/Germany time zones.
