Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Acquisition Associate, located in Kochi. The Acquisition Associate will be responsible for identifying and evaluating property acquisition opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence, negotiating deals, and managing financial analyses. They will also collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to communicate recommendations and ensure smooth property transactions. The role will require providing strategic insights to support the business's expansion goals in alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Acquisitions and proficiency in conducting Due Diligence
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Strong Analytical skills and Financial knowledge to evaluate and support property transactions
• Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the real estate and housing industry is an advantage
