Autumn Rooms specializes in securing and managing student housing across major international cities. We focus on providing safe, affordable, and comfortable living spaces for students moving abroad. Our property acquisitions team plays a key role in identifying the right homes that match our standards across multiple countries.

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Acquisition Associate to support our international property acquisition operations.

Strong communication and language skills are the most essential part of this role, as you will interact with property owners, agents, and internal teams on a daily basis.

This is a great opportunity to work in a globally connected real-estate environment with exposure to Canada, Germany, Ireland, and the UK.

• Communicate with property owners, agents, and partners clearly and professionally
• Identify and evaluate potential properties suitable for student housing
• Coordinate acquisition steps with operations, legal, and compliance teams
• Collect and manage property details, documents, and due diligence information
• Assist in negotiations and follow-ups to successfully close deals
• Maintain accurate records and keep all stakeholders updated

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (top priority)
• Strong coordination abilities and confidence in dealing with stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience in real estate, property acquisition, or related roles (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is an advantage, not mandatory
• Willingness to learn and grow within an international real-estate environment
