Role Overview: Autumn Rooms is seeking a full-time on-site Acquisition Associate in Kochi. As an Acquisition Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying property acquisition opportunities, conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and managing financial analyses. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing strategic insights to support the company's expansion goals and objectives. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders will be key in ensuring smooth property transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate property acquisition opportunities - Conduct thorough due diligence on potential properties - Negotiate deals and manage financial analyses - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to communicate recommendations - Provide strategic insights to support business expansion goals Qualifications: - Strong expertise in Acquisitions and proficiency in conducting Due Diligence - Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively - Strong Analytical skills and Financial knowledge to evaluate and support property transactions - Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment with attention to detail - Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field - Prior experience in a similar role or in the real estate and housing industry is an advantage,
