Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to lead our Talent and Organization analytics team. This role will be crucial in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance our clients talent management and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will manage a team of 7-10 data science and analytics professionals, oversee the delivery of analytical projects, and support business development initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Project Delivery:
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of analytical projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics solutions with business processes. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
2. Solution Development:
Develop data-driven solutions and insights to support areas like Talent Analytics, Change management, HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, Org structuring, Skill Analytics etc. Design and implement advanced analytics solutions to address key talent and organizational challenges. Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
3.Business Development Support:
Partner with sales and business leaders to identify opportunities for leveraging analytics to drive organizational improvements and growth. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business development initiatives. Develop and present reports and dashboards to senior management.
4. Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in analytics and talent management. Promote best practices and innovative approaches within the team. Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and methodologies.
5. Team Leadership and Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 7-10 analytics professionals. Set clear goals and performance metrics for team members. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical techniques. Experience with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus. Leadership
