Job Description

Responsible for activities relating to bank reconciliation like:

- Review of Bank Reconciliation statements

- Resolving branch queries follow ups

- System Development Upgradation

- Solving problems of Team Members

- Handling Statutory Internal Audit

- Giving Confirmation to branches for credits

o

- Taking entries and getting it authorized from authorisers

- Following up with Bank for any issues relating to Payout

- Responsible for Monthly SEBI payout

- Handling queries pertaining to Client Payout

Responsible for providing data to tax dept as per requirements for tax assessments
Responsible for providing data to compliance dept for exchange related audits
Responsible for involvement in other activities as per business needs in the department
Responsible for all ensuring all queries to the department are resolved within the defined TATs.
Responsible for system improvement UATs for existing systems new developments
Personally resolve escalated queries.
