Assistant Manager - CISA - SOX ITGC-5+Years(Team Handling)-Remote

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute SOX IT General Controls (ITGC)

  assessments, ensuring compliance with established policies and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate IT controls and identify areas for improvement aligned with SOX requirements.
• Design and conduct tests to assess the effectiveness of IT controls and mitigate risk exposures.
• Assist in the development and documentation of IT control frameworks and ensure seamless implementation and monitoring.
• Provide valuable insights to support audits, remediation efforts, and client engagements for financial services practices.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to address gaps and ensure compliance with regulations while enhancing overall system security.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, and recommend enhancements to existing ITGC frameworks.

Requirements

• A proven experience of

  5+ years in SOX ITGC auditing, compliance, or a similar role within financial services practice.

• Minimum 2 Years of team handling experience .

• Robust knowledge of SOX compliance frameworks, IT General Controls, and financial regulations.
• Expertise with IT auditing concepts and tools, and familiarity with IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement and reporting.

• Relevant certifications such as CISA

  , CISSP, or equivalent are highly preferred.
