Position Overview:

Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
• Handle customer inquiries regarding billing and payment issues
• Record and reconcile payments received against outstanding invoices
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer account accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and best practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
