Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Accounts Receivable professional with a proven track record of managing end-to-end AR processes for over 25 corporate clients in fast-paced environments. Skilled in payment application, invoice generation, and resolving billing discrepancies related to rates, discounts, POs, and taxes. Adept at supervising AR teams, managing past due and credit balance reports, and maintaining strong client relationships through professional communication. Expertise in collections, mailbox management, and system updates to ensure accurate billing and timely payments.

Roles & Responsibilities

Application of payment received from the client into accounting system/software against respective invoices. Coordinating with internal department to resolve the issue related to billing, rate, discount, PO & sales tax. Managing & worked on past due report & credit balance report.
Supervised & coordinate with AR team members to get their daily task done in time. Professionally communicate through e-mails, phone calls and handled major clients. - Responsible for managing accounts for over 25 corporate clients in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment.Send the generated invoice to the client for payment. - Collaborate with the internal operations team to update the system according to the clients requirements, ensuring accurate billing.Chasing customers for Payments & respond to the queries raised by customersMailbox Management

Must Haves

• 3+ years of post-qualification experience with Accounts Receivable, Credit Control and Mailbox Management
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and accounting knowledge.

• M.Com/MBA/CA Inter

• Shift Timings: 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM IST / 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM IST
