The Role:

detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
invoicing, billing, collections, cash application, reconciliations and month-end close
Collaborate with
Finance, Operations, Sales and Legal teams
to resolve escalated issues
Track KPIs like
DSO, collection rate and bad-debt write-offs
Drive
process improvements and automation initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

1–4 years in AR (
Executive / Analyst / Associate
)
Hands-on with
ERP tools
(SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Tally) & advanced Excel
Analytical,
detail-oriented
and process-driven
Willingness to work
night shift
and on-site from office

Bonus Points:

Exposure to
US AR processes, US GAAP or US invoicing & collections
Experience in
staffing, consulting or service-based organizations
