Job Title: Accounts Receivable Officer About Us: INVICTUS ENGINEERS is a trusted leader in the IT Services sector, known for delivering value and excellence to our clients and partners. As our business grows, we are expanding our finance team and seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to ensure accurate and timely management of our receivables. Job Description: We are looking for a proactive Accounts Receivable Officer to manage the company’s receivables process, monitor incoming payments, and ensure efficient credit management. The ideal candidate will take ownership of all accounts receivable activities, support the finance team, and help maintain strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process , including invoice generation, tracking, and collections. Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely receipt of payments. Communicate with clients to resolve invoice-related queries and discrepancies. Reconcile accounts and follow up on overdue payments professionally and diplomatically. Prepare regular AR aging reports and provide updates to the Finance Manager and management team. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, etc.) to ensure accurate billing. Maintain accurate financial records related to accounts receivable. Assist in month-end closing processes and audit requirements. Continuously improve AR processes to enhance efficiency and cash flow. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience (2-5 years) as an Accounts Receivable Officer / Executive / Accountant . Strong understanding of accounts receivable principles and credit control processes. Hands-on experience with accounting/ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar). Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or related field. Professional certifications (CA-Inter, CMA-Inter, or equivalent) — an advantage but not mandatory.
