Accounts Receivable Executive

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to reconcile customer accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies. You will maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions, investigate and resolve customer queries and disputes, and prepare and present AR reports and analysis to management. It will also be important for you to stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to Accounts Receivable and implement disciplined collection practices. Key Responsibilities: - Reconcile customer accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies - Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions - Investigate and resolve customer queries and disputes - Prepare and present AR reports and analysis to management - Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to Accounts Receivable - Implement and maintain disciplined collection practices Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Excel Please note that this job is full-time, permanent, and suitable for freshers.
