Job Title: Senior Accountant

Salary- upto 45K

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountants to manage end-to-end accounting functions including taxation, payroll, MIS reporting, and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in statutory compliance, GST audits, and accounting practices, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently and independently.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle taxation calculations with a strong understanding of GST and TDS rates
• Manage salary processing and payroll-related statutory compliance
• Conduct and support GST audits and ensure compliance with applicable laws
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain MIS reports for management review
• Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting with proper documentation for audits and internal controls
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for compliance-related matters
• Bonus: Knowledge of Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Guarantees (BGs) is an added advantage (not mandatory)

Desired Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of taxation laws, accounting principles, and statutory compliance
• Hands-on experience in payroll management and GST audits
• Proficiency in MIS reporting and data analysis
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• Relevant experience in a similar accounting or finance role
