Accounts Receivable Executive

Role Overview An Accounts Receivable Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining a company’s incoming payments, ensuring timely collection of dues, proper documentation, and accurate recording of transactions. The role requires expertise in invoicing, reconciliation, and compliance processes, particularly in the financials and GST framework. Key Responsibilities Invoicing & Billing: Generate and dispatch accurate invoices to B2B clients, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms. E-Invoicing: Create and manage GST-compliant e-invoices through the designated government portal, ensuring regulatory adherence. E-Way Bill: Generate and maintain E-Way Bills for goods movement as per statutory regulations. Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accounting accuracy. Control Accounts Reconciliation: Manage reconciliation of control accounts, including accounts receivable ledgers. Payment Gateway Knowledge: Monitor and analyse payment gateway settlements, transaction flows, and associated reporting. Customer Refund Process: Manage end-to-end customer refund processes, ensuring timely resolution and compliance. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally, Zoho Books). Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Operational knowledge of Indian GST laws, invoicing standards, E-Invoicing, and E-Way Bills. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to resolve discrepancies through cross-functional collaboration.   Desired Attributes Attention to Detail: High accuracy in managing financial data and documents.
