Role Overview An Accounts Receivable Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining a company’s incoming payments, ensuring timely collection of dues, proper documentation, and accurate recording of transactions. E-Way Bill: Generate and maintain E-Way Bills for goods movement as per statutory regulations. Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accounting accuracy. Control Accounts Reconciliation: Manage reconciliation of control accounts, including accounts receivable ledgers. Payment Gateway Knowledge: Monitor and analyse payment gateway settlements, transaction flows, and associated reporting.
