Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: New Delhi (In Office) As a team member in this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with various departments, such as purchasing and accounting, to enhance efficiency in processes and address any existing issues. To excel in this position, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Technical Skills: Proficiency in using accounting software like Sage, Oracle NetSuite, Finaloop, Acumatica, Infor, etc. Additionally, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and adept at data entry. - Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines. - Attention to Detail: Upholding accuracy in tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining records. - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with vendors and internal teams. - Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing data, recognizing trends, and providing insightful recommendations.
