Email Resume to: melanie@elandelinternational.com   We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Accounts and Operations Department. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing both the financial and operational aspects of our retail store and online store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, and financial analysis and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.   Responsibilities :- Financial Management: ●     Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts received. ●     Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records. ●     Prepare and analyze estimates, and financial reports and provide insights for business decision-making.   Operational Efficiency: ●     Oversee and optimize store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. ●     Manage inventory levels. conduct regular stock assessments and coordinate restocking efforts. ●     Collaborate with the management team to implement and improve operational processes.   Budgeting and Forecasting: ●     Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts. ●     Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets and provide variances analysis. ●     Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.   Compliance and Reporting: ●     Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements. ●     Assist in preparing documents for external audits and liaised with auditors as needed. ●     Practical experience of working on GST and TDS is a plus.   Communication and Collaboration: ●     Work closely with the management team to provide financial insights and support decision-making. ●     Work closely with the sales team in managing store stock of products, making estimates and following up on payments. ●     Work closely with delivery and logistic partners.   Requirements :- ●     Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field ●     Must have experience in accounting and financial analysis. ●     Familiarity with retail store operations is a plus. ●     Proficiency in accounting software and applications. ●     Excellent customer service and communication skills.
