*Role Overview*

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Account Manager to handle and maintain all financial and accounting operations of our company. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and day-to-day financial management — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth business operations.

*Key Responsibilities*

Maintain complete accounts of the company, including day-to-day accounting entries.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.

Manage vendor payments, receivables, and follow-ups with clients for outstanding payments.

Coordinate with the bank regarding payments, transactions, and reconciliations.

Maintain petty cash, journals, ledgers, and financial records.

Prepare MIS reports, costing, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth financial flow.

Assist with audits (internal & external).

Ensure complete accuracy and transparency in all financial processes.

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance preferred).

Minimum 5-10 years of accounting experience.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory requirements.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume transactions (₹100 Cr+ turnover).
