Accounts Manager

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team and manage the financial health of our organization with accuracy and integrity. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and ledgers. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and filings. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely vendor and client payments. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required. Monitor project-wise expenses and maintain MIS reports. Manage petty cash, employee reimbursements, and payroll support. Ensure all accounting data is updated and accurate in Tally or other accounting software. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and MS Office. Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic auditing principles. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Experience Prior experience in real estate or construction industry will be an added advantage.
